Abdul Mu'min Larney was very helpful fixing a problem caused by another employee not doing what they promised to do (and this happens too often with your company). However Abdul was very pleasant and professional in resolving the issue, even altho' it was a "Retentions" issue and he is in Sales! He deserves 5 stars, but your business doesn't!
The call handler was very calm, pollite and sorted out the problem. It appears my system had been updated but wiped out many of the settings and was not compatible with the App on my phone or allowing me to log into the portal. Overall, very pleased with this being sorted out promptly, but it would have been better to notify me that updating was going to change things.
I was promised my address could support a full fibre broadband system. However! After paying for a system to be sent out to me which I did not recieve, I was then told I cannot have full fibre broadband at my address. Apparently my address does not exist either, yet we have been a hair salon in the same place for over 35 years. I on my 3rd call to them told them to cancel all orders and contracts and to return my money I paid for items never delivered or service delivered and to notify me in writing in an email thatvit is done. I am still waiting which is now over a week again for my refund and I have not recieved a thing from them via email. Please think twice before using these people, promising and not delivering and taking your money and not paying back what's due to you!!
