Taking Money From My Account 4 Months After Cancellation

After using bOnline for around 18 months, i decided to cancel my account in Jan 2025. I was told that there would have to be one more payment (why!?) and then my account would be closed. Four months later however and after multiple calls into bOnline, I am still being charged. Despite abject assurances and promises to sort this out, bOnline continue to illegally take money from my account. I still do not have any closure to this and cannot recommend bOnline to anyone.
