Very straightforward - obviously a lot of info. was requested initially but then blockanalysis quietly got to work and kept me informed along the way and the timescales were laid out. I had five claims, of which three were successful (2 were 100% refunds and the other about 50%). Also, the fees are very reasonable, considering I was quoted 50% by one firm who then said I had left it too late, so my praise for blockanalysis cannot be high enough!
blockanalysis have been very professional in their intervention and responses since they took up my fraud case in 2023. Consequently the FOS intervened and I am now very close to receiving a refund from the company involved through their hard work and due diligence for which I am very grateful!

I was scammed with huge amount from v- market or market VIP whatever they called now.. they took my all money tricked me to move my money into their bank for good interest rate. And I fell for that scam. After, I lost all my money, I come across blockanalysis. They have been great help throughout the time since I explained to them how I was scammed. They have been working on my case( which was very complicated) took bit longer but eventually I have received some money back. I cana€™t thank enough to blockanalysis for great work they put in. I was minus in my account and borrowed money from family frds. It was really tough time for me. I have been working hard to get my life back on track.. it did affected my mental health too. Please if anyone has lost money or scammed somehow, blockanalysis would be your first choice. They dona€™t change anything untill you receive your money back.
