Well first of all I got all my money back plus an 8% refund. blockanalysis.com explained the process when I called them and told me that I could do this process myself with the Financial Ombudsman. But I decided to leave it to the experts after a rather stressful experience. The result was incredible. Very simple, clear outline of the process and they made it so easy. These guys know the ins and outs of fraud, the law, and whether you have a good case or not. I highly recommend them.
After being defrauded I didna€™t think I stood a chance of getting our money back from a corporate bank. The one right move I did do during this period was to contact blockanalysis.
