I contacted blockanalysis after watching an ad online about the online scam. I was later approached by one of the team member who heard my case with patience and told me that they would take my case. The next couple of days they took all my details and proof of the scam that took place and submitted my case. It took a few weeks but I heard back from the concerned party and was constantly in touch with blockanalysis team members as well who guided me throughout. At the end I did get my money refunded to me which i lost to the scam.
