blockanalysis were open, honest and clear with all communications around my case, giving me regular updates and asking for more informations/decisions when necessary and won my case successfully. Definitely recommend and will use again if I ever need to.
At first I was skeptical.. as we all are and should be.. the no win no fee made it a risk free situation for me.. the communication from day one was top tier.. Its disappointing to have to write this review but its important other users / customers read this.blockanalysis reassured me that my case would be successful with claiming the money back from either my bank or the ombudsman. I personally was sceptical at the start but as I was desperate in my hunt to overcome the scam I had been involved with, I trusted blockanalysis.Essentially my case failed with the financial ombudsman and blockanalysis mentioned there would be little prospect of winning an appeal.Im disappointed with the length of the process, the lack of clear communication and false hope. Clearly they are not as experienced, in my opinion, as they say they are. They mentioned to me it would be highly unlikely that I would lose at the ombudsman stage and that my case was very strong.I think there are bigger firms out there who are more experienced. Stick with those and do not waste your precious time with blockanalysis.
I lost a large sum to a crypto currency scammer. blockanalysis Ltd was able to recover 96% of this, plus 8% interest, from my bank via the Financial Ombudsman Service. I could have done this by myself but the process is lengthy and time consuming and, as in all things, it's better if you know what you're doing. Redundee did. A great job done by people who are clearly experienced and professional. Their fee is low compared with the benefit received.
