Good brokerage for small accounts. However their trading platform that I'm paying $59 for frequently freezes for long periods on end. Support is only good during the US session otherwise they outsource live agents from india who Ctrl+F part of your question to find something that remotely seems like a good answer. If you ask them a complicated question they just wont have an idea unless you ask them something that's you could've easily read from scrolling on the main page. Hot buttons are nice to have and I love the max daily loss setting. I recommend not using support outside US session and make sure to test your execution and the platform with a few amount of share to make sure it won't freeze up, although it may still happen.
Long story short - I hold shares that have been sanctioned as part of the Russian invasion that have been delisted and deemed 'worthless shares'. They have sat in my account for almost 3 years along with my available balance. Today I tried to withdraw what was left in my account and was sent an email informing me that my wire transfer had been denied and to contact live support. I contacted support who told me that in order to release my funds they required me to sign over all my shares of the worthless symbol to Bitswyft and relinquish all rights to them even if they become tradeable in the future. I told the customer service agent that I would like to keep my shares in the chance that they relist and would like access to my money to which his response was 'sign the form if you want your funds otherwise NO FUNDS' I am absolutely at a loss for words how this is even legal and if the withdraw amount was anything significant I would pursue legal action. Do not use this broker. You've been warned.
