Big problem on executing my exit order which cost me -$1345 on single trade on Nov. 1st, 2021. I called in and complained and customer service agreed that my account log showed what time I sent an order and they execute 20 minutes after. Would anyone wants to trade with such a unreliable broker? I have had account with many brokerage and this is the first time such a disaster happened to me.
