Lower your expectations a bit and you'll be fine, especially if you want to trade without the PDT rule. This platform is not as good for daytrading as for swingtrading, but it may also be a matter of your choice of route. Yes to regular and numerous glitches but not frequent enough for me to quit. I'm also not trading with a big account yet so I don't freak out when it happens. Customer service is always friendly but not very knowledgeable and forwards all issues to the delayed tech. At the beginning I thought this broker was a bit of a clown but I've adjusted my expectations, incorporated platform risk into my daily trading and overall thankful for the learning experience in the markets. In the end, it is what it is, but I hope they read these reviews and continue to pour investment into the platform to fix whatever issues daily arise. The frustration may be worth the ability to trade without restriction especially for a beginner.
