Worse broker ever

I've never done a review in my life, but they deserve it. Bitswyft platform that costs 59$ per month FULL of continuous bugs, at the end of October I had a planned operation and I had set "limit" orders, obviously you can't put Stop losses until the "limits" are active, the platform has yet another bug where I can no longer modify/cancel my "limit" orders, which are activated WITHOUT the possibility to close them or put Stop loss (cause bug), I immediately contacted support asking them to urgently close all my trades because Bitswyft was not responding to commands, in the meantime I had accumulated a loss of $500. Later, they ask me for files to verify what happened, their great "technical team" after 2 weeks confirms that there was a bug in the system. The staff offers me a refund of $175, I kindly ask if I can get at least $250 (half of the loss) and they tell me that it's not possible (ridiculous). I then decide to withdraw all my money from the broker and test their platform further with the Demo. Since I had already paid for the month of November, and AFTER the big bug that caused me the loss, they have the courage to tell me that they cannot refund me the 59$ spent for the month of November (it was the beginning of the month) and they offer me their Demo platform to be able to operate in real time for this month. After less than two days they deactivate the demo account that I HAD ALREADY PAID telling me that I should not withdraw MY money and leave at least $200 on the platform. This is totally ridiculous and absurd, especially after YOUR platform caused me a leak, and the fact was CONFIRMED by the direct technicians. I have a trading community that operates on TZ and slowly they are all withdrawing their money and deactivating the broker because they also have continuous bugs with Bitswyft. You can keep the $200 and even the $500, they don't change my life, it's about seriousness and the ability to deal with the customer, which you don't have, an extra dollar doesn't change your budget, but dissatisfied and lost customers do!
