they have margin restricted stocks - the idea is they are high risk stocks, and therefor you cant use leverage to to trade them. some of my orders got executed using leverage, due to the fault in the system i believe. instead of accepting their fault or explaining they started referring to their terms which didnot make any sense, just beating around the bush. very unprofessional support and responses, they do not answer the particular question you ask, instead beat around the bush, i assume mostly they dont understand what you are asking how much ever specific your question or at times they just beat around the bush to cover their ass. I had this experience in atleast 90% of my chats with them.
