For new Individual crypto currency investors the BitPay Exchange experience will make you question your decision to get involved with Crypto. Their is No Customer Support, when you have an issue like I had where BitPay was doing a reoccurring deduction from my U.S Bank I couldn't get help from BitPay. Ultimately my Bank stopped the connection to BitPay and BitPay froze my account saying fraud alert. This is a Joke compared to the Schwabs and Vanguards of the world!! 72 Hour Later Update. Reached out to a BitPay Rep, third time I guess was a charm, Rep listened and we worked together for resolution, I sold some crypto to pay what BitPay said I owed, honestly somehow between my US Bank, BitPay and myself a mistake was made. I realized BitPay and I did good business for nearly 9 months and I decided to try and resolve the issue and go forward.
