Hice inmediatamente el reclamo y aport'? ? toda la documentacion de respaldo. Tras esperar casi un mes me dijeron que la culpa la tiene su partner 1win, que ellos no pueden solucionarlo. En conclusi'? ?n NO se hace responsables de sus operaciones ni supervisan a sus "socios". No hay responsabilidad, ni solucion de parte de Airtm. A lost transfer. I made a money transfer through Airtm. The transaction appears as completed in my profile, but it never arrived in the destination account. I immediately filed a complaint and provided all the supporting documentation. After waiting almost a month, they told me that their partner 1win is to blame, and that they cannot resolve it. In conclusion, they are NOT responsible for their transactions, nor do they supervise their 'partners'. There is no responsibility or solution from Airtm
