I am requesting a supervisor for ticket #2497434. I transferred $125.00 usdc from my coinbase account into my airtm account and the money never arrived into my AIRTM account. I provided airtm support with the blockchain transaction so they could easily verify that the transaction was successful. I also provided screenshots of the transaction. Coinbased confirmed that the transaction was successfully sent into the airtm account. At this point I am out of $125usd and been going around in circles with support. As I write this today is 4/8/2025. Going on 2 weeks and my money is lost but clearly just by tracing the transaction on the blockchain the world can see that it was successful going into the airtm account.Update: Your 100% "cut and paste" response is part of the problem for us users. I am going on the 3rd week and absolutely nothing has been done with my problem. My $125.00usd is still lost or stolen by Airtm and I have "spoke" to over 4 reps and not one of them did anything. All I have received was cut and paste responded nses from "reps" stating they will look into it. I have no evidence that Airtm reps are actual people or one single person simply giving names.
