I created an AirTM account and have a balance of around $5,000 USD. Then they blocked my account, and I can't log in to check my balance. I am not sure where the money went; it should be in my account balance. It has been over 10 days since I submitted a ticket regarding the balance. They asked me to upload some verification documents and a recorded video. It's a little weird, but I followed their guidelines and uploaded them all.The problem is that they have not responded for over 5 days. There has been no message or email regarding the ticket status. It's really frustrating. I submitted another ticket, but they merged it into the previous ticket, saying it was a duplicate. Who will take this money? Where did the money go? There has been no response from AirTM customer support.Ticket number: 2560097. If the rate is updated to 5, they resolved the account issue. If it remains at 1, they haven't resolved it, and AirTM has taken the money on their end without any reason.Hope this ticket resolved soon.Update : They resolved my account issue.
