Sadly I placed an order on the 8th of June and ita??s now the 4th July no sign of my order even though Ia??ve contacted 5/6 times which they are completely ignoring . If they up dated me and said there was a delay I woulda??ve accepted it It seems ridiculous that youa??re unable to actually contact them on a phone line and they dona??t answer their messages , what is the point of having a contact form and ignoring it ? . Ita??s a shame their customer service is so awful as they seem to advertise some unusual plants .

Ik zit een uur vast in security. Ik kom aan de gate een kwartier voor vertrek. De app van Ryanair toont '???final call'??? en niet '???gate closed'??? Het vliegtuig staat nog steeds aan de gate met slurf aan de terminal. Toch mochten 7 mensen niet meer binnen.

Wederom gaat het mis met dhl. Nu weer niet bezorgd, maar maandag proberen ze het weer. Als het mee zit kan ik het dinsdag ergens ophalen... De ene bezorger zegt dat ons adres niet bestaat, de andere probeert het niet eens... ons adres bestaat al sinds 1952... ook zijn er pakketjes retour gestuurd omdat ons adres niet zou bestaan of pakketjes zijn kwijtgeraakt... het zou beter zijn als webshops verplicht worden om de klant de keuze van verzendmaatschappij te bieden... PostNL, feddex en alle andere verzendmaatschappijen geven bij ons bijna nooit problemen...

2nd time in a week ordering. PAYED FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY both times for a reason… then i dont receive it next day takes a couple days but they are alright taking your money for next day and wont refund it!! I want a refund for both delivery fees each time. Avoid it at all costs honestly.

Set up a consultation date & time to make a Will but after everything was sorted he asked for over '? ?1000 but told him original phone call phone call said '???'? ?19.99'???. Then was informed that was for consultation. very miss leading
