Vandaag werd een pakketje afgeleverd terwijl ik thuis aan het werk was. Ik zie de koerier uit mijn raam aankomen, maar wordt tegelijk gebeld voor mijn werk. Ik wachtte op de deurbel zodat ik de persoon aan de lijn kon vragen even te wachten zodat ik de deur open kon doen. Ik hoor echter alleen gerommel van mijn postbus dus dacht dat ze het daar door konden doen. Echter toen ik na mijn belletje kwam kijken hadden ze een brief in de bus gedaan dat ik niet thuis was. Dit is helaas mijn gebruikelijke ervaring met DHL en is onderhand een reden geworden niet meer bij sommige winkels online te bestellen als ik weet dat ze DHL gebruiken.

Leider habe ich eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Ich habe ein iPhone 13 Pro mit 128 GB eingeschickt. Als Preis nannte mir refurbed 374 EUR. Fand ich sehr gut. Dazu muss ich sagen, habe ich den Zustand als Exzellent beschrieben. Ich habe keine Macken oder Kratzer gesehen, da ich immer eine H'?lle und Panzerglas verwendet habe.Nach der Bearbeitung kam dann pl'?tzlich eine Email, wir bieten die 299 EUR, weil das iPhone "nur" "Sehr gut" ist. Ich habe dann um Bilder gebeten. 3 Bilder wurden geschickt, alle als Nahaufnahme. Auf 2 von 3 Bildern sah man nur Fussel. Wow ensthaft? Auf dem dritten sah man tats'?chlich eine kleine Macke, nur mit einer Lupe sichtbar. Aber ok, es ist eine Macke am Rahmen. Damit h'?tte ich auch ein "Sehr gut" akzeptiert.Das Problem war jedoch, dass refurbed mir nur 299 EUR geben will. Ich war '?ber diese gro'?e Differenz erstaunt, bin auf die Webseite und habe den Ankauf erneut durchgeklickt, diesmal mit "sehr gut". Und dort stand 322 EUR. Auf die Frage, warum ich nur 299 EUR anstatt 322 EUR erhalten, kamen viele Ausreden, aber keine Antwort.Fakt ist, mein Fall hat die Masche von refurbed entlarft. Es werden hohe Summen angezeigt. Nach dem Einschicken reduziert refurbed die Preise drastisch, sodass es Verkauf sich nicht lohnt. Geht zu rebuy oder verkauft es wo anders, nur nicht bei refurbed!

Celestina replied within the hour, and after doing a few more checks, she was able to determine that there had been no double payment and that I was seeing two due to a technical issue on the app. She then put me in touch with It to resolve the problem.I would definitely recommend Suits me to friends, I find them very professional and helpful, especially customer service.

Booked a parking spot well in advance and was charged the full amount. Upon arrival, the lot was completely full, and I was denied entry. There was no way to contact the company directly for assistance. Ended up having to park elsewhere at an expensive daily rate just to avoid missing my train. On top of that, I have yet to receive any response regarding a refund. This company is a complete scam—avoid at all costs! Be aware!Update. After contacting customer service, I was issued a refund and compensated for the difference in parking costs. While I appreciated the resolution, the overall experience still wasn't the most comfortable.

Von der Buchung her hat alles gepasst, schnell und einfach. Ein Manko gab es aber Ich hatte '??berweisung bei der Zahlungsmethode angegeben und dachte mir ich bekomme mit der Buchungsbest'? ?tigung per Mail auch die Rechnung mit IBAN und co damit ich die Zahlung vornehmen kann. Es stellte sich aber heraus, dass in der Mail nur ein Verweis auf die TUI App war wo dann alles drinnen zu finden ist soweit ok und easy, ABER es war dann eine echte Herausforderung die Rechnung mit den Zahlungsdaten zu finden, weil die nicht in der App drinnen ist, sondern sehr versteckt, wenn man ins TUI Konto rein geht und dann nochmal gr'? ?ndlich sucht -> das k'? ?nnte man echt pr'? ?senter machen oder einfach als Anhang in der Mail schicken!
