I needed information on a transaction from 2019. I called member services but was very doubtful that they would be able to help me. I was incorrect, Jada N. was knowledgeable and friendly. We chatted while she worked and she recovered the information very quickly. Thank you Jada and Dugood FCU.

Since my SUVs factory warranty is expiring on April 1st, I needed an extended warranty. In as much as I trust DuGood I came to them for help. The young lady, Kara, was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient. She is a very good team member. She made the experience nice and Im very thankful to her.
