Absolutely amazing customer service, exactly what you want and need in your banking!!! Its just what we received, when the team from DuGood Credit Union processed our new loan. Made a deposit with cashier draft from another credit union In process changing my banking business. Was told by Katherine I could not write any checks and use debit card for 9 days. I almost pulled out of Dugood because of this. Not very happy with this policy to wait 9 days!

Extremely easy to refinance my truck. I never had to leave my desk at work to go in and sign anything. Everything was done via text or Docusign. This saved me time and money !!! Ill be calling back to refinance my husbands truck next!
