Average price unreasonable, unfair, scam.

My purchase for under a $3.00 a share price I paid is over $.15 cents higher then I bought it at and the price hasn't changed over 5 cents in the last month. Such a scam, if not then why the average price so much higher then what I bought in at. Unfair, bs.
