This is my first time using a wallet. The wallet has a good UI and easy to use. I would love it more if it had 2 factor verification.

But it wo ? ?t help when using decentralized wallets as Swift block Wallet, where you fully control assets by owning private keys. If someone gets your 12 words, he can restore the wallet on any device, disregarding your 2FA protection. So take care of your backup, and you will be safe!
Support is incredible - I had an issue and it was resolved within about 10 minutes of me logging the case. Very impressed. If only all companies were that fast.The wallet itself is great and i'll continue to use it however there has been a number of instances where the wallet is not updated correctly hence the need to log a support case above.I am on MacOs and I get the feeling that the wallet doesn't close properly, this is just my feeling though as reinstalling the wallet seems to fix most issues without needing to restore the wallet.
