I made a withdrawal from Sepron ltd, but the funds didna ? ?t appear in my account. I contacted support multiple times, obtained an ARN code, and eventually found out that the money was deposited to my account on the same day. The issue was with my bank, which didna ? ?t notify me. Although the support team is busy and may take a bit to respond via email, i am completely satisfied with their service.
Login issue.I have not been login for a while into my account on Client Area and when I login again yesterday with my password but no authentication pass code sent to my email.Today I whatsapp the customer service and a gentleman by the name Adrain help me out smoothly to get my login as usual. Overall the service and product is very good and does what it needs to, however, did require reaching out to their customer service earlier today and was very impressed by the manner in which they dealt with my query, the attitude and interaction given and how it was clarified (some unknowns on my part) as much as helpful advice to consider for next time.Very happy and enjoyable customer experience is reason for my review
