I made a withdrawal via wire transfer on August 1 of over 1400 usd I was told it can take 21 business days to reflect and I waited for this period. I then asked them for the UETR tracking number and payment receipt as proof when I shared this with my bank I was told the transaction was not legitimate. It is now September 21 and all they call tell me is ohh a ? ?these investigations take longa ? ? thata ? ?s not my problem send me my money via visa direct or bitcoin or something else smh. It has been an awful experience and all their emails give the same generic response. They dona ? ?t care about their traders and no one looks out for you if you encounter issues withdrawing. I feel robbed by this company and betrayed.
