Deposits and withdrawals through internet banking take a long time for many, many times. Support staff are rude and the reasons for lateness are different. I deposited and it was not credited for 3 or 4 days, then only when I contact them the third or forth time, it was done. And now VietnamPay is completely disabled while yesterday another staff told me that it was undergoing maintenance. It is just a scam.
I have contacted the Customer Support Live chat, as a a potential client asking about the business model, USP, and offerings. Unfortunately the agent did not reply to any of my questions, and literally told me that to go find myself another broker, without even telling me the offerings. I believe a company with such reviews or reputation shall know how to interact with clients, potential clients, and be able to attract business owner. Greetings to Henny the support agent.
