I have tried to question why I get no response to my complaints on PureSpectrum denying credit

I guess complaints are never answered, when no answer is offered how can a surveyor trust the honesty of this site ?

I have often experienced where some'? ? ?

I have often experienced where some surveys are defective especially today, where the continue button does not work and the next survey page do not download.Also survey will say I am qualified to do it and the next page will ask for age, gender, province where I live. I get to answer one of this personal question and survey tells me I am not qualified. No question pertaining to the survey itself was even asked and I am already disqualified. Why is that?Also long surveys come and I am able to complete it, only 1 point is given. Or in other cases, no points, no credit points are given. I put in my effort and time, therefore there has to be some kind of acknowledgement to that and extra surveys given to do, so I have a chance to recover what points I did not receive in the previous survey.You wanted facts so I tell you what things I encounter with Prime Opinion. It would be nice if more points are given as it is very hard to even make 10 points in a week after doing surveys for 5 days.

I Love Prime Opinion!!

I love Prime Opinion, I am able to make enough extra income to help with groceries and the extra items that I normally would not be able to buy!!!

Screen out is just too much

They screen you out a lot for no reason, even when your personal details are correct, they are just frustrating

Impressed so far

I've only been using this site for a week but so far I have nothing but good things to say. Gift cards are paid out immediately once ordered and there seems to be more surveys than other sites I have used.

This is a con site

This is a con site. All surveys are "you don't qualify" after you have reached a maximum of $3.73. You will answer several questions and then the verdict is "you don't qualify for this survey" after a ton of time. FAKE FAKE FAKE!

I'? ? ?ve tried everything I just wanna withdraw '? ? ? ? please understand my frustrations in this message I'? ? ?ve been trying to withdraw for the first time for weeks and nothing. I was told this site was great but not being able to withdraw is telling me it'? ? ?s terrible and the support isn'? ? ?t helping me at all.It shouldn'? ? ?t be this hard to get help with an issue I have now officially had to reach out on 5 alternative platforms and ive not been helped or listened to on any of them. My Prime Opinion account isn'? ? ?t delivering my support messages and as a result I'? ? ?ve been messaging via email after I was advised on trust pilot an email to contact support, Ive contacted via Reddit, ive contacted on messenger and instagram??? It shouldn'? ? ?t be this bloody hard to have support resolve an issue. No it'? ? ?s not my browser, no I don'? ? ?t need to clear my cache, no it'? ? ?s not a glitch the issue is coming up after I select the amount to pay pal, at that moment I click claim reward it says technical error contact support which is impossible in the site as it'? ? ?s not delivering my messages. So I used alternate sources and nothing. Absolute joke of a customer service department won'? ? ?t take the time to help me. When you have been responding you'? ? ?ve sent me a solution that doesn'? ? ?t work without resolving the issue or attempting to read my message explaining

its fairly easy to do surveys

Awful!

I repeat! I have no idea why, but the rewards available these days are not worth the energy or effort required! It's a real shame because they used to pay a little bit better than the other platforms. For example, I've just looked at the last six survey options available and, for four hours work, YES FOUR HOURS, I could earn '? ?1.86! This includes one in particular that would take an hour and twenty four minutes (which, realistically could mean two hours!) for 54 pence! Even then, more often than not, you're timed out after a couple of minutes! There are also a number of surveys that kick you out if you're not a CEO or chairman of a company! Who do they think is completing these surveys? Richard Branson?
