I've used this site for years and I have cashed out with no issues.But, I used to be able to earn money in multiple ways that now barely give pennies. Surveys have always been a scam, most asking questions then saying you don't qualify when you've already spent the amount of time they claim it will take.The only thing left is games, which I started playing. They tell me I have earned bonuses, then the day of payout, sometimes those bonuses disappear. But because their site said I earned them, why would I keep screenshots and track everything I do when they say I earned it already? Customer service has disappeared over the years completely.

Recently, they've added a .30 fee to their payouts.In addition, they've taken away the search function.Lastly, I did a survey and did not receive the promised amount. When I contacted customer support, I received an automated response.
