I booked a room through this site, but like everyone else has mentioned, realized too late that they make the website look very much like the real website for the hotel and then charge you extra fees that you wouldn’t be charged if you scroll a bit further down into Google and went to the actual Hotel’s website.Don’t use this site! If you already did check your spam folder as the email from them goes there. No refunds though according to my email from them. Hopefully my reservation is waiting for me tomorrow and my contact information doesn’t get sold on the dark web.
My partner booked on what he thought was the original site for our reservation at Kings Canyon as a surprise for our upcoming trip As someone who works in travel I was horrified when I saw that they had charged him double what the price of the actual website was charging when I started going through the details to finalise our trip The taxes alone were insane The booking states a full refund by a certain date which is not passed yet I’ll be expecting a refund to match the price he should have been charged or cancelling completely and rebooking through another website Update I contacted Customer Relations as requested and we were refunded the difference which we were very happy with so as such am editing my review
Stay away from these guys. They are shocking, waiting 4 weeks for my refund from a booking I had to cancel (in plenty of time) the guest house where I was to stay in Belfast the maryville I have tried to contact them by phone and watts app I’m unable to get through to highlight this company’s bad customer service taking booking on their behalf It’s definitely not a good look on them that these guys keep people’s money.@guest reservations 9 emails have been sent regarding this so please in your comment back to me that you will prioritise my refund is a joke 6 week update these scammers still have not returned my money only thing we can do now is get as many people aware of these scammers. I have reported them CCPC so hopefully these guys can at least look into them. I’ve contacted the European anti fraud but could be a few weeks before they can look into it.
Do NOT, i repeat NOT, book with guestreservation. I’ve paid twice as much as I would have if I had booked with another website. I wasn't paying enough attention when booking and then discovered I had paid double and also couldn't cancel it anymore
To avoid !!!I thought I made a reservation on the hotel's direct site. Unfortunately this was not the case, I was on GESTRESERVATIONS. The advertised price (117 euros) was not the same as the price debited when the reservation was confirmed.Around €57 in taxes were (very) discreetly added!A disgrace on a price of €117, run away from this site!
Very disappointing experience - this website seems intentionally deceptive. Recently booked for a hotel in Vanuatu and the price displayed on GuestResevrations.com was about what we were expecting to pay for the 2 nights accommodation. It was only after clicking to confirm the payment that in the fine print we saw the total to be charged which was twice as much! The displayed price was actually "per night" but that was not shown anywhere except in small font below all the payment information. Intentionally deceptive. It was too late to cancel the transaction. Never again.
