Only when I contacted the chat help I came to know from JONATHAN A REAL PERSON ABD VERY PROMPT AND HELPFUL , that the account was closed . Which is fair but icm should have notified me . Anyway Jonathan helped to transfer the funds and created my new account and I am back to trade with my first love . I will rate I markets for the chat support as one of the best . A very professional . I give a 4 star and will upgrade after a trade for a month or so and see how they improved.
