I was on Ezey wallet for a couple of years with no issues. I didnt know much about crypto so i was conservative with at most $500 in my account. In December 2024 they hit me with a $299 charge for a Ezey wallet one upgrade. This is a monthly occurence. I immediately started calling the number listed and spoke to three different people trying to get my money returned for something I did not authorize. It took 12 hours of being on hold then having to start over to talk to 3 people. The customer service is terrible. None of them could help me. They did not have the authority and could not give me the number of someone who did I called my bank and told him not to let any money go to that company. Why would I pay $299 a month to manage $500 finally I got tired of talking to people who couldn'?€™t help and just chalked it up as a $299 lesson and tell everyone I know to stay away from Ezey wallet. I hope in someway I cost them that $299. They took from me three weeks before Christmas.Thank you,Donovan Christy
