Believe it, I registered when Ezey wallet first began. Lost access to my account after my phone was stolen. It didn't matter, there was very little in the account. I still receives T4s yearly statements from Ezey wallet. I tried a few times to access my account but got frustrated each time. One has to login and authenticate to access support. However, I can login but can't access anything/support because I've lost my Google Authentication along with my cellphone.This has been going on for Years and, There's no one at Ezey wallet support capable of figuring out, that customers who have lost their Authentications', are being locked out of their accounts. It's a very smart way of taking from others, don't you think? what if I had a few Bitcoins at Ezey wallet? Locked out.
I had to spend way too much time on unlocking my old account (which was under my other email address). Except for the very last customer service support person (Julia), the rest of the people who were handling my ticket were quite unhelpful. I had to repeat the same task "multiple" times, without them explaining to me what was the plan to resolve the issue. I gave it 2-stars only because of Julia and the fact that her service was professional, well-explained and timely.I had to open multiple cases to finally have someone in the customer service (Julia) who was reading my emails. All the few previous ones were just copy/pasting the same boilerplate steps, instead of reading my emails and paying attention. Julia explained to me why I needed to open a new account and what are the next steps to resolve the issue.
