Absolutely the worst customer service I'???ve ever experienced. Their contact number is completely useless nobody ever answers, not even before 5 PM, and after 5 there'???s zero support. The internet constantly cuts out, and there'???s no one to speak to when it does. You'???re left stranded with no help and no accountability from their side. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from Bonline.
