Absolutely horrendous company. Their customer service is shocking and they do not provide what they say they do. I should have listened tot he reviews but we were suckered in with the online marketing and initial good customer service. Once we were onboard the customer service team is non-contactable, and rarely get back to you. Seriously stay aware and go try someone like Gradwell, it may be a couple of pounds more per month but trust me the experience and service is ten fold better. bOnline,.... never againUPDATE: 07:55 30/05/2025 - this is a standard response of a company trying to discredit a negative review. in response to your initial reply to our feedback our account number was 268727. In addition you also held money which was due back to us through your own errors that you never repaid.
Some of my experiences with bOnline haven't been good, but one guy, Abdul Mu'min Larney, does encourage me to stick with the company. Abdul is a gem. Always polite, friendly and helpful. He doesn't hesitate to go the extra mile for a customer. If most of bOnline's staff acted similarly the company would be No1 in the UK.
had an issue with a refund that took ages, the 1st customer support agent that I spoke with was extremely rude and clueless on customer service.However, Shaakira took ownership of the case and solved my problem within 24h, can't thank her enough, outstanding customer service, polite, knowledgeable, very well spoken, was a pleasure talking to her. she should be a customer service supervisor.
Just realised I was out of contract. So called Bonline, spoke with Nthabiseng M. What exceptional service! Nthabiseng M lowered the price, kept me as a customer all in under 90 seconds!! Fantastic Service from Nthabiseng M @ Bonine. Thanks again. Ben
