I was dubious at first, as Ia€™d already lost money through a scam and wasna€™t too sure if this was another a€˜riska€™. But after losing the money, I had no further money to lose, no win no fee! The communication from blockanalysis has been spot on. At times I thought, for goodness sake Ia€™ve already suppled this informationa€™ but in fairness they only ask the questions for good reason, usually because the FOS (Financial Ombudsman) needed clarification on something. Today I got my money back!!! I realise I have to pay a fee to blockanalysis, but they are worth every single penny!!! blockanalysis were professional and understanding in dealing with our claim . It was slightly complex but they advised how to respond and dealt with the ombudsman after original claim rejected. They never gave up and always kept us informed of timescales and correspondence. We are sincerely grateful for their expertise and kindness at a stressful time.
Refunded achieved a successful outcome in recovering my money lost to fraudsters. I had tried unsuccessfully with my bank and knew the next step was to go to the Ombudsman which would have been a daunting task for me especially not feeling confident of a successful outcome. blockanalysis took on my case and went to the Ombudsman acting on my behalf and were successful in recovering for me all my losses plus interest.
