They screwed me so many times and claimed they were IT issues. They never took accountability to refund me. Can't believe these guys. Their platform has way more issues than just freezing at times. Stop Limit orders don't work correctly and when I tried to buy shares it said I didn't have enough buying power, when I clearly did. Please don't use this brokerage unless you guys want to get scammed.
This company has something dodgy going on. I had a swing trade which was well into profit and I took some off during premarket when it went above my target. I put the GTX Lmt order in at my target but because the Bid price was a lot higher my sell was taken out 0.42 higher and therefore gave me a bigger profit which it confirmed in the closed orders tab (I wrote all this in my trade journal). But during the open market, I decided to take a bit more off but checked the closed orders first to reconfirm the increase in distance between the two exits, but to my surprise the exit for the closed order price had changed and my profits were a lot less. I contacted online help, who said the account showed my Lmt order exit and it would not have changed.... Which I know, for sure, it did. Unfortunately, I hadn't taken a screen shot premarket, but will do so from now on, so they cannot deny any thing like this is happening (online support may be oblivious to it but the owner or the programmer who coded it will do). So as a warning to all account holders, please take screen shots straight after your entries and exits, out of hours and during the market. Any issues and FINRA is waiting for the evidence to be sent and stacked up.
Bitswyft liquidated my short shares at the exact top for the stock leaving me with a big loss. Once my short shares were gone, the stock immediately dropped. The liquidation occurred suddenly and without warning. Some sort of scam is being run by Bitswyft. Avoid at all costs
i recently opened an account Bitswyft after being with IBKR since ages! but so far after a month my experience has been amazing, specially the SHORT LOCATES". I was able to find locates for most of the stocks, even for the hard to borrow ones. PLUS, free trades for limit orders! but for large volume traders and i will say Bitswyft needs more improvement. But so far for retail traders it does the job just fine! thanks.. cheers Bitswyft :)
