I would like my refund for a service I have not received. I have waited three months over the date I was due to have received it by. Customer Service are enjoying goading me. I would never recommend Groupon to anyone as they do not reimburse people when they cannot get what they pay for.UPDATE 60224Sunil, I have been in contact with the service department for FOUR MONTHS. NO ONE IS GIVING ME A REFUND. EXPLAIN ON HERE WHY NOT?

I bought the latest version of the Window Vax WV6 plus as there was a very good offer online. It took a long time to arrive but it has eventually arrived. The quality was not what I have expected when I opened the box, it felt like a cheap Asian product, if I would have viewed it first I would have never paid over 100 for it. I have used it to wash the windows and it was not only impractical but it has damaged all my windows!!!! The windows in the house and in the car were all scrathed!!!!! I have contacted customer service as I wanted initially to return it and they advised that if the product is not faulty then I cant return it. The next day I have noticed all the scratches on my windows and I was extremely disappointed. Now I dont only want a refund but also a compensation for all my windows!!!! I will report this to Trading Standards, I wish I read the reviews prior to purchasing this awful product. I have written a review on their website only to find out that apparently it doesnt meet the guidelines so it wasnt posted. Trading Standards should be notified of these practices.

Your agent, Sereniti, was very helpful in explaining the different policies and helping me understand what coverage would be best for a 71yearold traveler. When we decided on a policy, she took all the information and put in the policy order. If I should need to make a claim, she said Tripinsure would act as my advocate with the insurer. Thanks!
