The food and recipes are great. But, recently I have been very disappointed by their customer service. We were waiting for a delivery that never came and was sent a 5 credit as an apology very late in the evening. After contacting customer service live chat the next day I raised a complaint as the app showed our box as delivered and it had not been. As a goodwill gesture Shumeera assured me that she would refund the total of our box. After I had said thank you for the goodwill gesture she said that she would actually cancel the refund as she could see a 5 had been credited to our account which I was not aware of as the email I received had gone to spam. Regardless, how can you offer a customer a solution and take it away from them? You have not solved the situation. You have made a loyal customer that speaks highly of you on social media and to their friends very upset because of the way you have dealt with this situation. If you want to keep your customers look after them! The reason you book a certain delivery date is because that is the date you will be available at home. You did not even give me the opportunity to select a new date. I am currently between my house and my poorly nana??s house who has Parkinson??s. I have had to miss an important doctors appointment to drive home and get the food delivered on a date I never selected to avoid it from going mouldy on my doorstep.
