Without hassle I was able to return an IEM and purchase another, instead. Communication was timely and helpful. Certainly my new goto.

I cant say enough good things. I ordered a pair of headphones that had been backordered for a while. When I had to change the shipping address, I got a prompt response within an hour. Then there was an issue with USPS rerouting the delivery it made it to my home city, then went in a completely opposite direction to a new state. Marty was so prompt in responding, first telling me hes gotten an update from USPS and then, after I explained that I was more worried that I wouldnt be able to snag another pair before these sold out if they got lost in transit, he promised hed set aside another pair for me as insurance. I got prompt updates and followup the whole time, and ultimately did get my headphones which are fabulous!. They even came with a handwritten note and a little surprise treat. Customer service like this almost never exists anymore. Im so glad I ordered from Bloom they made me feel reassured, and extremely valued as a customer and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone.

As always, another Great Experience with Bloom!!I recently got the AMP16 card from Bloom, in the box was not just the amp card but a personal note and some Skittles from the guy who packaged it. The AMP card is exceptional, and I am thoroughly enjoying it.

The in depth review of the product that well described what the SR35 could and could not do. Ordered on Saturday and arrived on Tuesday. I would have never imagined that this items was Open Box the packaging was in pristine condition. I have placed multiple orders with Bloom and they have been fast and obviously packed with care every time. They are VERY quick in responding to emails. Their customer reps are great at giving recommendations and not just pushing you into the most expensive option!. They are my goto for audio equipment.
