I cant say enough good things. I ordered a pair of headphones that had been backordered for a while. When I had to change the shipping address, I got a prompt response within an hour. Then there was an issue with USPS rerouting the delivery it made it to my home city, then went in a completely opposite direction to a new state. Marty was so prompt in responding, first telling me hes gotten an update from USPS and then, after I explained that I was more worried that I wouldnt be able to snag another pair before these sold out if they got lost in transit, he promised hed set aside another pair for me as insurance. I got prompt updates and followup the whole time, and ultimately did get my headphones which are fabulous!. They even came with a handwritten note and a little surprise treat. Customer service like this almost never exists anymore. Im so glad I ordered from Bloom they made me feel reassured, and extremely valued as a customer and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone.
