Prompt delivery. Fair price. I listened to the HiFiMan Arya at a local audiophile store. Their price was 300 more for the same product. Nuff said.

Caleb was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. After I received the headphones, he was very helpful after the sale with followup questions.Delivery was also super fast and the headphones were well packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Bloom Audio is the best hifi audio online store that I have bought from. As a matter of fact I have bought the majority of my audio devices from them and I feel like they are very professional and if you have any questions just call them and they will get you fixed up with all your questions or just needing help with anything. Also I really love how when you purchase an item they usually ship it out with mere hours of ordering. About the only way I wont buy from them is if they dont have something Im looking for! So next time you are looking for your hi res needs check out Bloom Audio and I gaurentee you will love them!!!

Personal TouchesI like that my order shipped fast, and inside the box was a handwritten note, a Bloom Audio sticker, and a Starburst. I didnt expect that. The internet is a place of anonymity, so the personal touches were a welcome surprise.

Placed an order on a Tuesday afternoon and it arrived at about 10am Wednesday morning. Im in Maryland and it shipped from New Jersey so that helps, but this was the three day free shipping option so they greatly exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, everything was packed well and arrived safely with a Kit Kat bar to boot! Definitely will be shopping here again!

Had a tech problem with my iBasso DX 170 which I purchased from Moon Audio 14 months ago.I contacted Moon and they gave me your website address.I went to your Bloom Audio site and opened the chat window.Matthew DeFazio was my tech expert in the Chat.He solved the problem immediately! And he was terrific en route to the solution. Knowledgeable, courteous, and patient! The last is important because I am a 77yearold stroke survivor. The guy was great!
