Had a tech problem with my iBasso DX 170 which I purchased from Moon Audio 14 months ago.I contacted Moon and they gave me your website address.I went to your Bloom Audio site and opened the chat window.Matthew DeFazio was my tech expert in the Chat.He solved the problem immediately! And he was terrific en route to the solution. Knowledgeable, courteous, and patient! The last is important because I am a 77yearold stroke survivor. The guy was great!
