Kendall walked me through the two policies I was considering for my trip. I couldnt easily the differences and he pointed out the one that was most beneficial and happened to be cheaper!. He explained how I could add onto my policy as I book extras like my hotels in the coming months. So I paid right now for only what I needed. Great customer service!
