This Company has serious problems not only with the quality of their Karcher Window Vac 2 in three years, but their Customer Service is absolutely and utterly inept. To improve as a Company you need to be honest and if a replacement is going to be 2 weeks instead of the 3 days you promised advise me. the replacement is in a box with sellotape covering it as if it is a return dont do that my guarantee was valid dont say I havent spoken to you when I have the confirmation email in front of me train your staff in all areas of dealing with general public it will pay off in the long run stop using the excuse of moving it is wearing thin with customers and finally offer compensation when you get it wrong.
