I requested a quote on trip insurance and received it promptly on line and called Peter with a question. He answered the question knowledgeably and was there to help continue with insurance application. I was not ready at this time but called back latter to sign up. Peter was not available but Amanda did a wonderful job helping me complete the application. Both Peter an Amanda were very friendly, efficient, and eager to help.

Excellent purchase experience. The item arrived quickly and was in perfect new condition. I was very happy with both the purchase process and the product itself, so will be returning to Bloom Audio in the future, Im sure!
