Max with FlashBay was persistent in a good way in following up with me to encourage me to place my order. I procrastinated a bit, so when I eventually ordered, the order needed to be rushed, but it arrived on time to take to my meeting! I was VERY VERY PLEASED with the service Max even called to check to be sure the order arrived on time. I was also VERY PLEASED with the engraved coasters for my organization.
