All in all, another great experience getting travel insurance. Came back for the many choices of insurers and plan levels, so we could get just what we need. We used the online chat feature to initially engage, which was helpful. Don helped schedule a oneonone phone callback with a very friendly and helpful agent. Sylvia was knowledgeable and thorough, and patiently answered all our questions about plans, coverage, dates, and adding additional coverage after purchase. We left feeling like wed purchased the right insurance for our trip.
