Terrible experience they have had my info messed up since I started and nothing can get resolved . My medications dont show up on time or I have to call to receive them . So I cancelled the service , and assumed I was good, then the next month they ran transaction again , and I kept getting run around so I contacted credit card to dispute in April of 2024 . Even after dispute they still ran my charge all the way up to the last charge in march 2025. So I contacted my credit card cancelled card to get new one and now Im on a wild goose chase to get my money back . They cant even see the transactions they are doing . This is warning to anyone please make sure before you do business. This place is very disorganized .

We initially has a struggle with our internet connection but the Dr. made things work out. We had a good conversation about my thoughts about weight loss, what I had tried and what my goals were. She explained the different options which was helpful to me. Together we decided on the best treatment option for me,. I was very pleased and confident about my decision.

Sabrina ElienI spoke with Sabrina Elien and it was better than I expected. She answered all my questions and asked important questions about my health. She explained to me about exercising, watching what I eat to assist in my quest to lose weight. I was very motivated to work on my side to reach my weight goal. I have started to walk with my husband, after understanding the importance of exercising my body. I thank her for that push and her explanation about the long term benefits of staying active and to lose the extra weight.
