Tried to open an ISA for my 97 year old mother who, you might expect, no longer drives nor travels abroad.Despite an online chat lasting 50 minutes, they could offer no practical help. I would welcome the opportunity for this case to be reconsidered, as it is my understanding that Saxo techhas discretionary powers that would enable a solution.My response is guided by reference to Know Your Customer (KYC) UKguidelines. Unfortunately this review box does not allow me to give an online link.I've received a reply to the above query but to date they are unable to direct me to the specific area of the KYC framework which excludes my mother, pointing instead to company policy alone. To their credit however, they are very responsive to queries so I have raised the review to two stars on that basis.
